In partnership with RS Homes, we brought the finishing touches to this custom built luxury residence. Our team completed all interior painting and staining across three levels, delivering refined details that complement the home’s architectural design.

From priming and painting every wall and ceiling to staining the feature wood beams, custom staircase, and interior doors, each step was carried out with precision and care. Wood elements were treated to enhance their natural character, and a seamless flow of colour and texture was maintained from the basement to the top floor. The result is a clean, modern interior that reflects the quality of RS Homes’ craftsmanship and the home’s luxury build.

Our Work Process

Outside Work

The exterior scope included painting the garage door and frame, as well as the window drip caps at high elevation. All surfaces were prepared and finished to ensure durability and a uniform appearance.

Paint Work

Starting from bare drywall, we applied primer and finish coats to all walls and ceilings. Doors, baseboards, trims, and window casings were primed and painted, with all wood elements sprayed for a smooth, consistent finish.

Stain Work

Selected doors, the basement staircase, garage staircase, and main staircase were stained and varnished. Each surface was treated to highlight the natural grain while providing long lasting protection.
